Bio polymer technology (BPT)

NextGen has developed Bio Polymer Technology to solve a problem most farmers are aware of: nutrient tie-up in the soil. After applying tons of fertilizer, plants still may not reach their full growth potential. This occurs because most of these nutrients become tied up in the soil before plants can use them. After that, they often end up filtering away into lakes and rivers through rain. Our chelated nutrients use Bio Polymer Technology to release slowly and directly to plants, so they are used more efficiently. This means plants use more nutrients, with less soil tie-up and runoff.

Have us design a custom nutrition plan for you

An AgroLiquid nutrition plan is dependent on your location, climate, soil conditions, and goals with your crop. All of our tailored programs start with reviewing your soil samples with one of our expert agronomists. After our analysis, our team will provide you with a couple options that will help you meet your goals on a budget that won’t break the bank.

How it works?

Bio Polymer Technology is based on specially formulated natural origin based chelates. This Bio Chelates protect nutrient molecule like potassium, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and others in a polymer matrix. And, because the chelate is nature derived, the Plants are able to naturally deconstruct this shell. The chelated nutrient fertilizers are protected from bonding with other ions in the soil which makes them unusable to plants but the plants can still break down the nature derived polymer shell to get to the nutrients inside. Since the chelated micronutrients and macronutrients break down over time, they’re available to use over a longer period. This means more nutrients for plants.

Benefits of Bio Polymer technology (BPT)

Enhanced nutrient-use efficiency (NUE)

Decreased nutrient leaching and nitrogen losses by volatilization

Avoid environmental pollution risk

Zero Residue

Bio Polymer Technology is the Key Ingredient

Our Bio Polymer Technology is the key ingredient in our high-efficiency liquid fertilizers.

Macronutrients

Potassium, nitrogen, and phosphorus easily bond with soil ions, so they quickly become tied up in the soil. Bio Polymer Technology prevents this through protective plant-based polymer chains. Plants break down these polymers and use the macronutrients, so fewer nutrients are tied up in the soil or end up in the water. Bio Polymer Technology is used in all our macronutrient fertilizers.

Secondary Nutrients

Secondary nutrients like sulfur and magnesium are only needed in small amounts, but this also means they can quickly be tied up in the soil. We use Flavonol Polymer Technology to protect secondary nutrients as well as macro- and micronutrients, to provide a balanced nutrient profile to the soil and plants. Bio Polymer Technology is used in all of our secondary nutrient fertilizers.

Micronutrients

Micronutrients often bond with macronutrients or secondary nutrients, which is why commodity fertilizers often upset the natural levels of micronutrients. Our chelated micronutrient fertilizer restores these levels and makes micronutrients available to plants. All of our individual and chelated micronutrient fertilizer blend use Bio Polymer Technology.
